But I promise that even small changes can have a big impact. You can use functional nutrition as a complement to an existing medical treatment plan. I believe in a both/and not either/or approach. With that said, eating the right foods may result in decreased reliance on pharmaceuticals, but remember there is no one “right” diet for everyone. Our bodies, our genetics, our environments, and our personal histories give us different nutritional needs.

How It WORKS?

We’ll have a 30-minute discovery call so I can learn about your story, and we can make sure we’re a good fit. At the end of our no-obligation chat, you’ll know if my functional nutrition coaching is right for you.

Prior to our initial consultation, you'll fill out a detailed client intake for my assessment. During our first session, we'll conduct a thorough exploration of your individual health journey and delve into your current dietary and lifestyle practices, as well as outline your unique objectives and goals.

After that, you’ll get a personalized plan which may include dietary, supplement, and lifestyle suggestions, as well as any recommended functional lab tests that will help get to the root cause of your symptoms.

We will typically meet twice a month virtually for our wellness check-ins to tweak and tailor your plan, evaluate symptom resolution, provide support and resources, and continuously assess our work together.

Some changes you make will elicit immediate benefits, while other goals will take longer to accomplish. You will have a clear sense of the expected timeline and I will provide you with as much 1:1 support as you need along the way. You will leave with all of the tools and skills you need to continue supporting your body and living well.
